Account, connection, progress, purchase, and gameplay help for ETHERFC 26 and ETHERFC 27.

Common Fixes

Update the app to the latest available version.
Restart the app if an online action, pack, Draft, or screen does not finish.
Check your connection before retrying an online economy action.
Restart your device if the app does not open correctly after an install or update.

Accounts and Saved Data

ETHERFC 27 uses optional online accounts for server-verified coins, inventory, purchases, rewards, and other online features. Some local or offline progress can remain device-specific. Do not uninstall or clear storage while a recovery or account action is still pending.

Pack Pass and Rewards

Pack Pass Premium unlocks the Premium season track, automatic boosts, and ad-free normal play. Current guarantees and randomized reward chances are published on the Reward & Pack Odds page.
